I’m so grateful to Increíble Movers for the amazing service they provided during my move. Ray and Victor were extremely professional, punctual, and extremely careful with all of my belongings. They handled all of my things with such care — nothing was damaged or scratched. What really stood out was their communication and positive attitude throughout the process. They made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and even enjoyable. They worked efficiently but never rushed, always double-checking everything. They went above and beyond by helping me putting things exactly where they were going to go and even pointed out light issues I was not aware of. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I can’t say enough good things about Incredible Movers. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and handled everything with great care. This is the second time we have used Incredible Movers and they are outstanding every time! They are able to accommodate times/dates that work for your schedule and they do a fantastic job of moving your belongings. Would 10/10 recommend them for any move!

Great company overall! I had a last-minute issue with another moving service, and Incredible Movers came to my rescue — they handled everything within an hour of my call. Super reliable, empathetic, and trustworthy. If you don’t book with them for your next move, you’re truly missing out! The team was professional, kind, and relatable, and their customer service skills went above and beyond my expectations. I’ll definitely be booking with them again! They even brought the truck back so I didn’t have too! They truly are a blessing.

I cannot even express my gratitude for the absolute stellar job this company did with my recent move. From the first call with the woman in the office to the last handshake after my incredibly chaotic move , they were kind,efficient, professional and absolutely amazing life savers ! I wont go into all the issues we had with this move, none of which were my fault or theirs, but it was awful and my new place wasn't ready for me to move in. Any other movers would have dropped my belongings on the side walk and said have a nice day ! This company went way above and beyond to help me out of this awful situation and they did it cheerfully. I wouldn't move again without them ! This is the company to call if you have an upcoming move . You wont regret having them . They are truly incredible! Above and beyond !

I had an amazing experience with Incredible Movers. Mia is a Godsend & involved in the entire process working with SMOC. I was in a highly stressful situation & she put my mind at ease every step of the way. Extremely responsive to any questions or concerns no matter what was going on with her day! Brandon & the team did excellent all the way through the process from communications, to showing up early, to packing a-lot of glass I had had no way to secure for the move myself. They wrapped it securely along with a large screen TV & all was moved with not a single thing broken! The team works very well together are professional, kind, responsible. To say I was impressed in an understatement. I have already referred them to a very lifelong friend to reach out the them when she is ready to move & will continue to do so whenever the occasion arises. Amazing people to work with from the first call to the pick up and exceptional delivery of my furniture. Nia went over and above to help me navigate so much prior to my move and the movers themselves were top notch. I can’t say enough good about Incredible Movers, they really are incredible in every way! Great service, great communication, great pricing, great work! And they support a local charity and will rehome your unwanted belongings for free. I love this company and the work that Ramo and Louis did, they made our move easier in every way. Nia runs the office and is professional and accommodating in every way possible. Look no further for a moving company!

Mya🤭 was fantastic. She spent days helping me out and answering all my questions and putting me at ease. Movers were very friendly, helpful, and thorough. I've used Incredible Movers twice now and strongly recommend them. The first time was Worcester to Boston, and the first two moving companies I tried that said they could hoist some heavy furniture up a deck failed (see photo of deck below ). Incredible Movers came in and handled everything very easily with short notice. The second time, my new building I was moving to paid for movers from a different company with whom they have a contract, so I went with them. This other company, at the last minute, went back on their word about hoisting furniture down from the second floor, and Incredible Movers came to the rescue a second time and moved four pieces of furniture the other guys couldn't. Great customer service and going the extra mile is rare these days but this company really does pull through.
